According to market place intelligence firm TrendForce, Intel is planning to outsource product of its Cadre i3 CPUs to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) in the second one-half of 2022 using its 5nm node. Chipzilla'south mid-range and high-cease CPUs, meanwhile, are expected to enter mass production on TSMC'due south 3nm node in the 2nd half of 2022.
